Noosa
Noosa is probably the first safe surf spot you will come to if travelling north to south along the east coast.Merrick & Elissa Davis run Noosa Learn to Surf. They run surf lesson 9.30am and 2pm every day excluding Xmas Day. Lessons run for 2 hours and include all equipment. All coaches are fully accredited and insured and hold blue cards which enables them to work with children safely - this is a requirement in Australia.
I can personally say that they give you a great day out on the ocean as Noosa Learn to Surf were the first company to get me riding waves.
